knew the Sixers liked him when he came in for his predraft workout last June. That’s why he was happy when he found out Thursday they had traded for him. The Sixers sent little-used reserves Royal Ivey and Primoz Brezec and a second-round draft pick to Milwaukee to get Meeks, a rookie shooting guard out of Kentucky, and center Francisco Elson. “When I came in for a workout, they said they liked my game a lot,” Meeks said. “I knew they wanted me, and I was really happy.”
