It wasn’t a surprise. John Wall’s first and only season at Kentucky was his last. Wall officially declared for the NBA Draft during a press conference today. The school announced that Wall, Eric Bledsoe, DeMarcus Cousins, Daniel Orton and junior Patrick Patterson were planning to enter the draft in a press release more than two weeks ago. Cousins met with the media last week and Wall confirmed his future plans this morning. Wall said he’s in the final stages of signing with an agent, which would signal the end of his college career.
