It was obvious what Jefferson senior Terrence Jones had done as he walked down a hallway Wednesday night at the Center for Self Enhancement in North Portland. Wearing Kentucky colors — a white T-shirt and a pair of royal blue sweat pants — Jones put an end to a long and sometimes bizarre recruiting tale by signing a financial aid agreement with the Wildcats. The McDonald's All-American spurned Washington for Kentucky but did not sign a letter of intent with the school.
Walter Cornett, of Glendale, Kentucky, is the owner and operator of Walter's Wildcat World. He founded WildcatWorld.com in 1998 making it one of the oldest Kentucky basketball fan sites in operation today.
