Kentucky signee Marquis Teague of Indianapolis Pike has been tabbed as the No. 1 player in the Hoosier State – regardless of class – in the High Potential Scouting Service preseason rankings. Teague, whose team opens the season next Wednesday at home against North Central, is a 6-foot-1 point guard who signed with the Wildcats last week.
