On Michael Jordan's 48th birthday, it was only fitting that the current Chicago Bulls' star would have a Jordan-type night. Derrick Rose fit the bill tonight. Rose had a career-high 42 points, 8 assists, and 5 rebounds on an impressive 16-for-26 from the field and 6-of-6 from the free-throw line. Rose dominated the San Antonio defense all night, living in the paint and connecting on several mid-range jumpers. His counterpart, Tony Parker, had a good night as well, with 26 points, but Rose simply blew him away offensively and outplayed him in any way you can think of.
