Bullitt East junior Derek Willis spent some time on Saturday afternon in Lexington, visiting the University of Kentucky campus and meeting with UK basketball coach John Calipari and his staff. The 6-foot-9 Willis, who decommitted from Purdue University last weekend, said the visit went “really good,” and his father, Del, called it “real eye-opening.” “I didn't really know what to expect,” Del Willis said. “But I had a lot more comfortable feeling after being there, meeting those guys and seeing the school.
