Randy Livingston is putting a lot of faith in Kevin Galloway. And the coach believes the 23-year-old point guard is worthy of his high hopes. “I think, arguably, we got the player with the most upside in the draft,” Livingston said. “He's 6-7, long, can defend and loves to pass. You don't get that often in the D-League.” That's why Livingston selected Galloway with the team's second pick — after former Boise State and Stampede standout Jason Ellis — in this year's NBA Development League draft.
