White Station forward Leron Black is one of the more coveted prospects in the 2014 basketball class. Until today, he has never fielded a phone call from a college coach. If this were any other year, Black's first permissible phone call from a coach would've come at midnight tonight. But thanks to a rule change, Black will go from unreachable to readily available by phone. Last October, the NCAA adopted new legislation that deregulates phone call and text-message communication from coaches to rising junior and senior prospects. The rule, which was passed by the Division I Leadership Council, went into effect at midnight Thursday.
