Kentucky, Louisville and Indiana courting Evansville’s JaQuan Lyle

The highest-ranked basketball player at this weekend’s John Lucas Midwest Invitational camp — five-star Evansville, Ind., junior guard JaQuan Lyle — is also the one being most seriously recruited by the power trio of Indiana, and Kentucky.  Lyle, the 6-foot-4½, 205-pound player for Bosse High School, is one of the few juniors in the country who is both a legitimate target of the Hoosiers, Cardinals and Wildcats and is also seriously considering all three teams. They’re squads that are widely projected as the three best in the nation in 2012-13.  “IU, and Louisville, they’re all great schools, and being able to play for any of them would be great for anybody, but I love it,” he said after the camp, which featured 120 prospects from the 2014, ’15, ’16 and ’17 classes at Hoops gym in Louisville.
