• Kentucky is 13-4, 3-1 in the Southeastern Conference.  Tennessee is 11-6, 2-2 in league play.
• Kentucky leads the series 150-67.
• UK leads the series 90-16 in Lexington, including 35-4 in Rupp Arena.
• This is the only time the teams will meet during the regular season.  The teams have played two regular-season games every year since the 1953-54 season.
• Kentucky continues its three-game homestand Tuesday night against Texas A&M.  Game time is 9 p.m. and will be televised on ESPN.

 First-Half Facts

• Kentucky started Andrew Harrison, Aaron Harrison, James Young, Julius Randle and Willie Cauley-Stein for the 10^th-consecutive game.
• Tennessee got the game's first six points before Julius Randle got UK got on the board at 17:08.  Two possessions later, Randle made his first 3-pointer as a Wildcat.
• Tennessee led the entire way until the final minute of the half.
  • The Wildcats were down 30-24 when Randle scored UK's next seven points to make it 32-31 UT.
  • James Young's first basket of the game, a 3-pointer with 54 seconds remaining, sent UK to the locker room with its first lead at 34-32.

Second-Half Story   

• Tennessee regained the lead early in the half and the teams battled back-and-forth.
• Tied at 39, UK gradually pulled away to 64-53 with 4:11 remaining, the Wildcats' largest lead of the game.
• Tennessee held UK scoreless the next three minutes, but could only pull within 64-58 when Andrew Harrison hit a contested driving shot with 1:09 to play.
• Tennessee got no closer than six the remainder of the way as the Wildcats held on to win 74-66.

• Kentucky made its first 17 foul shots until the first miss with only 32 seconds to play.
  • UK finished the game 23 of 24 for a season high of 95.8 percent.

  • Seven made is only one shy of UK's season high of eight vs. Arlington and Baylor.

  • Also tied his career high assists with four.

• Andrew Harrison tallied a career-high 26 points, his first 20-point game as a Wildcat.
  • Led the Cats with 10-of-10 at the foul line.
  • Also had three assists with no turnovers in 33 minutes of play.

• Aaron Harrison added 14 points, the 11^th time in the last 12 games he has scored in double figures.
