Fast start launches Kentucky past Auburn 110-75

The Wildcats (27-0, 14-0 SEC) surpassed 100 points each in preseason wins over lower-level Pikeville and College but hadn’t broken triple digits in a league game since beating 101-70 on Jan. 23, 2010.

Aaron Harrison’s two free throws with 3:18 left ensured the achievement in a game that was never in doubt as the Wildcats scored the first nine points and never let up. He finished with 18 points.

added 13 points, 12, 11 and 10 as Kentucky shot 65 percent from the field. Towns also grabbed 10 rebounds.
